I Just Work Here.
What a weak statement you can say about yourself to others. Well, it is. This statement would say that you are a just plain,simple, and common everyday worker. Also, it would say, indirectly, I just work here for the money.
How do I know that,well, once I was introduced to group of my new co-workers and one of them asked me as to who I was. I said to them, “I'm just a new worker working here.” and right away I was corrected by them all. They said to me that a “just new worker” was not accepted here and proceed to inform me of how to answer correctly. They told me to say “ I work in this dept. or better yet, to say I work for company's name/dept. By saying this, it would tell others who you are and what dept. you worked for.
After a while, I knew that I was more than a just plain and simple worker. I started to feel more as a professional worker and knew how to do my job. That was the lession learned that day. New lessions are to be learned daily, so you will gain working wisdom and use them on your job.

Need WordPress For Your Blog Site

When I first started my blog site,this past February 2010, I didn't know anything
about WordPress or how to use it. The only help I had at first was from the web site:
a-profitable-blog
and the free program he offered was a great help to me. Over time I needed more, so I
went back online to view more information on the WordPress format. What I found was a
whole lot of information on WordPress and had to pick the right one that would help me
out. Well, I knew I needed a new theme appearance, one just for me and I found one at
bloggingthemes
(Turquoise WordPress Theme.) I am still very happy with it. After this , I
went to the next step, plugin's.
Plugin's are preset programs that you will need to help you run your blog. They are
preset,all set and just download to your plugin section and that's it. Click away and it
will sets up for you. Just don't get carry away with all of the bells and whistles, like
I did at first. Make sure you read up on the plugin's, first, to see if you needed on
your blog. I started right away with the ones about Google, since it was on top of my
list due to I was going to use Adword, AdSence and Webmaster Tools.
Since Google will be asking for your web site information, sign up and you need set
your web site up online. Then, pick the plugin's: (1)Google XML Sitemaps(This plugin
will generate a special XML sitemap which will help search engines like Google, Yahoo,
Bing and Ask.com to better index your blog). (2)Keyword Statistics(The Keyword-
Statistics-Plugin checks the content of a post or a page for keyword-density (single
words and optionally 2- and 3-word phrases; for each the 1-10 most commonly used can be
displayed). (3)Platinum SEO Pack Complete SEO solution for your WordPress blog. (4)WP-
CopyProtect [Protect your posts] (This plug-in will protect your blog content [posts]
from being copied. A simple plug-in developed to stop the Copy cats.). (5) WPMU Fast
Verification for Google Webmaster Tools and Yahoo! Site Explorer. (Is an easy and faster
tool for WPMU to pass verification on: Google Webmaster Tools, Yahoo! SiteExplorer, Bing
Webmaster Center & Alexa Siteowners). (6)The GRAND FlAGallery plugin - (provides a
comprehensive interface for managing photos and images through a set of admin pages and
it displays photos in a way that makes your web site look very professional). (7)Google
AJAX Translation, add Google AJAX Translation to your blog. (This plugin allows your
blog readers to translate your blog posts or comments into other languages.)
Most of the plugin's that you may need are found at (wordpress.org) in fact, also try (wpremix). This web site
wpremix may have all of your needs to run wordpress on
your blog site. Of course, I am also adding wpbeginner, here, anyone can ask for help on
how setting up their wordpress on their web site and they do offer other helpful hints.

Mudstones:Pictures of Microfossils

Pictures of microfossils as I find them on mudstones(marl). I will start this post with (2) microfossils: (#1) S16, S1, a 5 point star shape specimen at 100x.  (#2) S17, S1 is a rod shape specimen at 100x.
I am using a portable measuring microscope to view and taking pictures using a digital camera on a mount I build at home.

                                                                       Mudstone “ Marl” Microfossils # S 15

  I'm always checking for microfossils on mudstones when I have free time. After viewing 5 mudstones and finding no specimens on them, I found (2) microfossils on the 6^th one. I also drew a hand drawing on this mudstone, so I won't be looking for it later on,wondering which mudstone had them. I also remember to mark it with the # S 15 on the side of it.  Yes, I did checked it out before I mark it.

  On S 1, the specimen looks hollow right in the middle of it and the outside looks somewhat pitted. There are (2) pictures of it, taking at 100x and 250x. Now, look at S 2, a lot smaller then S 1. As you look at it, It starts to look like it could cut you. S 2 pictures is also at 100x and at 250x.

Remember, enjoy life as I do, for I am pursuing my interest in microfossils.

MY COLLECTION OF MICROFOSSILS

I am looking for all paleontologist, who are willing to view(my microfossils gallery)
and share any information with me. In doing so, Iwill add a back link and share any information to all who are interested in microfossil collecting. I am still doing research on identifying my
collection of microfossils that I found on mudstones (marl).

One site that I have visited is at
microscopy . Their gallery of
microfossils photographs will aid me in my research. At this web site you login and then
view their gallery for they have several categories of studies(pond organisms,insects).
Another web site foraminifera is where
you can see photographs of foraminifera.
Visit wikipedia to learn
more on them. The gallery here has many photographs on foraminifera in very fine details.
I do enjoy visiting this site because of the gallery of photographs and all of the
information it does share with all.
Now, I have sent a photograph of a fossil (not of a microfossil) to this website
bassexpert . Here, any
one can submit in a photograph and all (login required) can help out in identifying a
fossil for you. They have a wide range of specimens photographs and also some photographs
of non-fossils. A good place to study about fossils and what to look for in a fossil
also.
However, my research on microfossils has limitation, due to I do not have a title or
belong to a research center. I will still do research on microfossils and post it for all
to follow up.
